Have you ever feel stress and what you do? Maybe you take drug? Maybe you drinks ? Maybe you sing a song like crazy ? Maybe also you hit yourself ? Can you share how you manage stress ?
If am at home, I turn on the music at full volume and/or run on the treadmill. But out on a Business trip at the moment, so can't do that! Facing one of the worst stressed out moments, right now! Worried about Aditya's dad, about my paternal uncle who faced a stroke 4 hours ago, about the meeting that's scheduled in the next 6 hours! Haven't slept all night because of this, consumed 3 red bulls, tried watching TV, tried downloading and then listening to some good music on my Laptop! Nothing seems to work right now! Trying to lurk in the General Chat and possibly make some posts here and there!
When I feel stress I run out from people . Sometime I talked something with my friend. About games, anything .
when am under huge stress or tention, i just write blogs on stress category! anyways, for others i suggest some yoga and meditation, it will sure help! also if possible get some green plants arround your work place!
I meant ... "What if you're not able to sleep?" ... I mean stress and sleep, don't sound too good in the same boat really!
