Just had a look at craigslist.

Is there anyway to post to all lists instead of going through each list one at a time?

I know that my home page is at PR2 ranking.. Google bot should be visiting my website again within the next few days or so.. The last time google bot visited my website was may 13. Check the cache if you do not believe me. I am also offering free advertisement on my home page. Use banners or text ad, I dont care. But if you are trying to increase PR, then post to PR rank sites. To answer your question, I know craigslist is PR ranked.

The results I mentioned in post 10 are real. There are three main topics on CraigsList (at least that I have found) that get serious traffic. I use two of those every week and get a minimum of 500 visits (often much higher) each time by posting about 15-20 ads each week. It takes me about .5 hours each week to do this.

The third topic is suppose to get about 3 times the traffic as the two that I use, however it is not of much interest to my so I haven't tried it.

Once you find your topic you just need to figure out how to post without being considered spam, that's the hard part!

FFA Links lists and classified don't pass much PageRank. Regardless of the rank of the site your link is not permanent, nor is there a way to make it permanent unless you own the site ;) (See my previous post about afiliate classified programs. Most will let you modifiy your home or entry page into their site to include permanent information-like links to other places that you want to pass PR to). I once converted a message board to an ad site and let all the autoposters know where it was. I had links in the footers of every message posted. each post was an html file of its own. It generated thousands of trash ads with my links in the bottom. It also helped with PR. Google says that they've caught on to that one. Believe about half of what they say.

Ahem. Google doesn't like to include temporary listings although I have seen them. The ad expires and so does your link. It winds up being marked as a dead link.

Your signature links should be enabled by now. Use them. How do you think I found this place? I followed backlinks from a site tht I was checking out and followed links from 29 member posts from there back to this site.

You didn't know? Now you do.

    ;)

Post in well-populated categories. Avoid the "Other Services" category. I go for Craig's List
