It is funny that the "defenders" of USA bunch are such a cry babies that can not even handle discussion in forum without running to the mommy.

There is nothing to be scared of, do you see me to report any of your posts or your friends posts? Do you see me running around giving people anonymous red reps? free speech isn't an issue on a privately owned forum. people can be banned for saying "poopy diapers" if the board owners wanted. menji hasnt lost his right to say anything at all. he just lost the ability to be heard here. big difference there, isnt there?

I was talking about the "brave patriot" actions in reporting his posts and trying to ban him and limit his rights to express himself. A person who engages in such actions, obviously doesn't have any respect for free speech which is one of the most important principals of American society.

Are you using the same method to conclude this, as you did when terrorists in Jordan were caught with 20 tons of chemical WMD and you tried to convince everyone it was just "hair dye?"

Maybe you are using the same "logic" as when you started a post seeking sympathy and support for an al qaida terrorist and calling for his release?

Free speech or not, DP is not a country, nor a democracy, it is an internet forum, a private one at that and its governed by it's owner and the people who manage it.

The only thing you have ever defended are terrorists.

I've reported probably half a dozen posts in the last 3 years. 99% of which were for spam. The only non-spam related post was when I was attacked by member here who had some severe mental problems at the time.

The only reason I've reported spam posts, is because the moderators cannot be everywhere all the time. Any help we can give them, is probably appreciated.

I've never reported a single post of yours. Your negative posts stick out enough that red flags go off without the need for anyone reporting you.

I can only guess you've been getting slapped down a lot, else you would not be constantly crying about red reps, infractions, and reported posts. I'm not responsible for any of that. That said, my guess is there are a lot more people here who have a lot more disdain for your repulsive childhood behavior than I do.

I understand what you are referring to, I'm simply making the point that it isn't a free speech issue.

First, you don't really know why Menji was banned; you are simply throwing around allegations as to who caused it and then assigning blame without even wondering if your allegations are correct or not. AC was previously banned (again) after posting after a single post a month or so back. I suspect that was a VB bug in the banning system (one ban was lifted, then it took a post for it to realize that another ban was beginning). This could very well be the same thing. You are jumping to conclusions here - and trying to turn into some sort of free speech deal, when it has absolutely nothing to do with it.

It more has to do with someone (Menji) calling people names in another thread, which is against forum rules, right? This is a guy who has wished death on forum members in the past, and you are defending that speech, which is stunning enough.

But your lack of understanding of the rules is another thing. If someone reported a post; that doesn't lead to a ban, a moderator has to take action which leads to it. So blaming someone for even reporting a post isn't too honest.

 

Actually with Menji, it looks like Rob banned him. Look up menji's posts and you will see the one were rob followed by saying goodbye to him. I don't think it was anyone post except maybe the one where he says he is a zioinist-hater, maybe Rob comes from a Jewish family and it disturbed him??
