You're absolutely wrong and have a misguided view of America. A dating site is a dating site beit gay or not and is perfectly legal.

 

I agree, although I do recall a big hubub about a year ago when someone's adsense got banned allegdly because it was on a gay-dating site. I dont recall the site though..

 

I dont think dating is porn. but use of porn words is illegal.

Gay dating is just like any dating sites, the same rules apply about the type of content and pictures of course (adult-ish is not allowed)
