How can I see adwords (on google.com) from another country?

Ads that appear on google.com are geotargeted to your country
What should I do to see ads for another country? Let's say I am in France and I want to see USA ads?
Using a US proxy is kind of lame..

 

When I use proxies I can see different ads corresponding to the geo-location of the proxy.

 

I know, that's how I did it up to now! but I was wondering if there was some kind of "adwords sandbox" where you can see ads in every country without spending hours looking for a working proxy in that country

Do one thing after the search put this in the web address bar: "&gl=us" without quotes of course. This means & gl (geo location)=us. Use it like this:
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&rls=GGIC%2CGGIC%3A1970--2%2CGGIC%3Aen&q=loans&btnG=Search&gl=us

It will start showing you Google search in USA.

Google Smart pricing Model say It Discount The Click From Content Network to the lowest Expected Value . Do you think it is contracdictory as On Content Network we have pricing On CPM Basis then How Come Google is Dicounting Click Price When there is no Charge for a Click From Content network
