Q about EPP Code

    I have been trasffering some domains to namecheap.

    So the EPP Code is provided previous registrar, when would I receive it?

    EPP code can be found on your previous domain registrar, like what in registerfly you can found it on the domain info.

    And when I namecheap refund the money if can find epp from the previous registrar?
    I have a problem, the previous registrar site is not working now and I lost my domain.
