I guess he is selling it, will take some time off and then come back with something else. He has a name, a brand. If the right people will partner with him in the future, he can still be successful just because of his image, which is why he is so eager to shut people up who question his own success.

Rich jerk have an image ? may be in 2001.., now everytime i hear his name its in a joke, or when someone is talking about a scam , he is not very respected by the webmaster community..

 

I think this is just a publicity stunt. Shoemoney created a post about the rich jerk, so that will send a lot of traffic to his site. Then since shoemoney blogged about him, probably dozens or hundreds of forums and blogs will create posts about this situation (Just like this thread) because of shoemoney status, and therefore this will send the rich jerk even more traffic. Someone like Shoemoney is the perfect target to gain viral traffic by threatening to sue him.

 

I'm thinking along the lines of "Poor Jerk". It seems to fit him so well.
