You give utmost imostimportance to the verification step.As a paypal member, see that you are verified. This will save all your troubles. Also try not to allow your friend or relative to access his or her paypal account using the same computer / same ip address which is the same as yours.I mean dont alow others to access their paypal account from your computer even if it would be your friend who visits your home frequently.

Yes, you can login to your 2 accounts using the same computer.
Also it doesnot concern the computer, it concerns the Ip. It doesnt matter how many pcs u change, but its the IP that matters. If someone else logins to paypal using your IP, then there are problems.

    Hope this helps.

    Best Regards,
    Kulwinder.

Debit Cards arent meant for transactionsin foreign currency. Thus your debit card wont work.

US Debit Cards work on PayPals since they are denominated in US$ and charged in US$ as well.

As far as getting limited, I think there are a few easier ways to make it happen.

    1. Have a huge increase in sales volume
    2. Have a huge increase in transaction amount (s)
    3. Have a high (refund : transaction) ratio
    4. Have a high (dispute : transaction) ratio

I have had my account held several times for having a high sales increase or one or two very large transactions without any disputes. Every time, this happened as soon as I withdrew my funds, but the reason was due to the sales or ticket increase. I think that a certain withdrawal amount will trigger a flag for them to look at the account closer. This is probably set based on past history.

The refund and dispute to transaction ratio is simple risk management. If you are giving a lot of refunds, or have a lot of unhappy customers, you aren't doing good business (Not my personal opinion in the case of refunds). This is also probably triggered by hitting a certain ratio or by a ratio of the overall amount refunded to the overall amount accepted.

Anyway, hope this helps some. I don't think there is any way to completely prevent getting an account held. Keep records of all your tracking numbers, and if you are selling products, keep a good record of your purchase invoices.

I did not try ICICI Bank debit card yet. Is there anything special about it. May be the visa logo on it will help. Let me give it a try and see what happens.

If Paypal think your up to something they will limit your acocunt - so then call them and discuss it. Nothing to worry about if your not dodgy.

I did stupid mistakes by sending small amount money from one business account to another (both are mine). They limit my account and ask to close one of my business account. I did what they told me, and finally they release the limitation (thank god). Lesson learn: never had more than one business account :D You allowed to have one personal account & one business account only.
