But I don't understand on what grounds Shoemoney would be sued for. Emotional distress to Kelly?

 

I'm guessing slander if he ever went through with it.

 

The guy makes his living by making people believe they can become rich thru him, anything indicating he himself may not be doing so well can hurt his business. The question is whether or not he is in trouble and how serious it really is.

 

The guy is broke. He can't afford to sue.

 

The rich jerk is a real jerk really. he always threatens to sue somebody, but its just talk, he is just a jerk you know. Shoemoney has nothing to fear. And that he wants to sue him shows that he is bankrupt or else he wouldnt care.

 

Well, he makes his living off of his image. Where can you verify how much he himself really makes?
