login, you joined on my b-day of last year :D

You may enjoy Forum Link Building tips (it's not just your signiture!) then as it's not always about the PR... though, if you are doing it specifically for the PR, then you may wish to post in a few more sticky threads ;)

You are one of the lucky ones though & have a PR2 profile...so you're PR3 site is likely a very strong 3 ;) Try being here for more consecutive PR updates (as in being logged in when Google does the update crawl) and maybe your profile will get a boost (there are some here with 3s & 4s & mores)

Regardless though, I do think that forum posts do effect PR... however, sig links likely have been devauled slightly. I mean how hard is it to point out sig links? just look for the ______________ in each post ;) So maybe get your link in a few actual posts (again, I point to sticky threads).

    EDIT:

Thinking harder about your join date... you have only had your links up for 2 PR cycles. Time does count for something... maybe you'll get lucky next round?

So thats why you look so shocked :D

I had the same site in my sig for 6 months and noticed no difference in PR.
I rent or sell my sigs or use them to index sites, that all I care about them.

Yes, and some forum topics the first pages contain Pagerank. Your profile may also carry pagerank as well. So if you have a sig link that is worth it.
