PR 4 Article Directory looking for new Owner

This directory was established Jan 07. Here is the URL : http://www.za77.org

Za77.org reached PR 4 at last update. Since then traffic is getting heavier on a daily basis. Site also receives approx 50 - 100 new articles each day.

A lot of time has been spent checking and approving articles. All articles are top quality. Duplicate articles,adverts and articles promoting brnad names have been weeded out.

Data base consists of 2900 articles off 830 authors.

Site also has own Logo which I had designed and enough room to advertise sponsored links.

CPanel + admin area available.

Included in the Sale is another Site which sells article submission software. A link can be found on the front page pointing to the site. This isnt an affiliate page but a unique URL and re-sell rights are included in the price.

So....what do you get?

The article directory site + 4 char domain name including data base
The article submission software site including all resell rights and bonus e -books library for clients.

Does it require a lot of work checking articals?

 

noooo..not if you call 10 mins work a day a lot of work. In able to keep the site clean of spam and adverst I suggest you check each and every article before approving. About 50 artuicles will need appox 10 mins of your time.

I dont accept adverts that appear to be articles not do I accept articles that are stuffed with keywords.

Its really up to you how much time you wanna spend. If you want to keepe the directory free of spam articles I suggest you spend 10 mins a day....thats all it takes

Even at 10x monthly earnings, which is considered great...thats $310

I think your BIN is a little high. IMHO.

Thats some mighty good maths there JAMM. Dont forget the text ads you can sell on the site. You can ask your own price for text ads on a PR 4 site. Also dont forget you get seoxtra.com with it

Thanx anyway. I would like to sell the site but I wont be giving it away. It surpassed 3,000 articles today and the traffics increased too.

 

Well, I believe its not wise to count "revenue potential". Just the facts, man.

Seriously though, I'm not trying to bust yer chops. I do think the site is worth more than $300. I just wanted to get your bidding going in this thread.

No hard feelings. I am not talking about "potential" revenue. I have sold enough text links on this site which means you have to delete the word "potential" and call it just revenue.

As far as the price in involved, I just sold the small brother site za7.org which was just a simple web directory for 200 more than you offered. I will sell the site for BIN but I am in no hurry.

If you think its really worth more than $300....then bid once more ! ( ha ha ha )

ah!..ok. You only mentioned the adsense revenue in your PM to me. Could you post or PM your other ad revenue stats?

Still haven't received details on the ad revenues you mention here. My bid stands at 10x stated income.

There are 7 sponsored links on the right coloum. 2 of thos are directed at sites that belong or belonged to me.

The other 5 links were sold at $1,50 a month, payable 10 months in advance.
So...work it out. 5 links at 18 $ a year is $90. If you are willing to pay 10 times the stated income then pay $900 to my pay pal account and the site is yours.

If you really need proof , I ll find the account information ibn my pay pal archivea and send it to you.

The adsense doesnt make up to more than $0,80 to $1,00 a day but you canadd that to it as well.

I can also refer you to the guy that purchased the links from me if you require extra confitmation.

Tell me where to transfert he domain to....and we are off !!
