Advice on looking for a host

    Hi,

    I would like to put up a server for the latest news on punk music. Bands, pics, info. I don't know much about how hosting works and every ISP tells me all sorts of different things. Anyway, I came across sparkservers.net they seem to be cheap, but they also have this no bandwidth charges deal, would appreciate any thoughts. Thanks

    you want a server to stream music? if yes then thats gonna be a lot of bandwidth...

    make sure you get an unmeterd bandwidht host...

    I have heard good things about dedicated servers from ThePlanet

    If you want shared hosting, hostgator is always a decent option.
