keyword.mydomain.com to mydomain.com

    Can you have your display url as keyword.mydomain.com even if the destination url is mydomain.com (and not the subdomain keyword.mydomain.com)?

    Yep. From time to time when I do this the ad does get rejected but the vast majority of them get through with no issues.

    same here. About only 1% of the ad submits get reject by inaccurate Display URL.

    It's probably about the same % that I see. When it happens I usually just recreate the ad and it goe through no problem.

    Creating A Records are easy and should be cheap with your hosting. You should try to create them instead of advertising bogus ones. Sometimes people will just type your address in their browser address bar and will find a Page Not Found error if you haven't created the A Record.

    If it does it's impact is so minor I've never noticed.
