I have a feeling thats exactly what happened :) but if the guy thinks he can keep the domains registered through this type of scam, he is so wrong :D I'm talking those for myself...

    com-ac.mn
    com-ac.tv
    com-ac.in

don't think these are worth anything but...

Every one will have different experiences with service providing companies but its always good to have some ready alternatives to switch to.

    Thanks guyz for the alternatives.

It is possible to pay by credit card without a verified account. Is there a way to block non-verified PayPal accounts automatically? I think GoDaddy only accepts verified accounts.

Be patient you will surely recieve your money back. It might take time.

What paypal does is whenevr in future if the account gets any new funds then it immediately transfer those funds to the person whom it owes.

It has happened with me. I had actually paid $225 to a guy to make the software which he never made I recovered the money after 3 months time.

If the person who has done a fraud is a one timer then sorry mate you have lost. But if has a good verified buyer list it won't be possible for him to close the account and open a new account.

It takes time to open a new account and have the public trust and get the tag verified buyer or seller.
