    Holy Crap! That's so awesome! But, tbh, play it in your mind in regular time, try about 1 hour doing constant PS for those results ;)

    Really defines "Liquify FTW" lol

    Tools used:

    Liquify filter
    Clone stamp
    Brushes
    I think there's a smudge in there, tough to tell with all that liquify going down
