People are giggling because your problem IS laughable.

You have spyware/adware, you seemingly can't figure out how to add a site to favorites, and you started a thread about getting popups on a site that doesn't give any.

Maybe you should worry less about being a webmaster and worry more about how your own computer is running, as if it's as corruptible as you may be pointing out then what are the chances your sites will be free from trouble?

Popups and spyware are generally not an issue with Norton, unless they are giving off viruses. You need to find something like Ad-aware or maybe see if Norton also has such protection.

We are not here to fix your computer, but we maybe will help with your site...but untill you get your own problems fixed, expect at least some pointing and laughing.

 

I blame Norton myself - that and all the porn site you've been visiting! Get yourself some decent antivirus/spyware like AVG and SpyBot.

norton is fine-if you have probblems go on the net and type somthing in like''how to block pop ups with norton'' if you haveing problems with norton just uninstallit and get makiffe. Or just get google toll bar

 

the lack of the WWW is likely why the OP could not remember the address...

typing in "www.forums.digitalpoint.com:s" to the FF address bar results in an unknown protocol error. Dropping the :s and it results in a server not found error. Removing the www. gets to to forumhome (yay)

 

It's really difficult to understand what you are trying to say when you use sentences that run on forever and never end then you start new sentences without any punctuation and it becomes even more difficult to follow like I have seen a few of your posts and they are all similar to the ones quoted above and the ones I am writing now do you think that you could start using simple punctuation and capatalize the first word of each new sentence that way when someone reads what you have typed their brain doesn't explode trying to figure out what the hell you are trying to get across it would be a great help to the rest of us thanks

But i do agree, even more a reason for him to get Firefox, the spell checker would help him greatly, although he needs a grammar check with it.

first of all i know what bookmarks are i just dont like to use them 1kb waste per site u use them for as dp isnt my life i dont use it so much!
