So if you know some hot keywords, it would be very kind of you if you can send to me.
Understand your audience - the ppl coming to your site are not looking to improve their blog monetization skills. They are coming to view those videos that you post up. Your ads are not relevant to your audience and that is why they do not click. I see that you have also stuffed your blog with irrelevant keywords to get what you think are higher-paying ads. 1. Use Google Analytics, you can analyze on which campaign or ads are your visitor are interested most. 2. Use Adword Keyword Tools, to found out the highest paying word or phrases on your niche.
