    both of them looks nice but i think your header pictures on both sites is big. they are pushing the real content to so much footer. as an alternative moving ads under your header picture to footer may be an alternative

    The designs are okay.. for the text, make it a bit smaller and try to fit it in the frame area so it doesn't look so odd.

    It loks alright, but not great.. Build it up a little bit ad some good quality content.. you should be fine!
