The AC Milan - Liverpool Thread

I am a MAN U fan but the way Milan Players were playing against MAN U it was looking the real champions , but I dont think they will carry on with the same spirit. They have all the chances to win the match but if Liverpool can take the match to penalities , they Liverpool will surely win. They have great goalie..

 

The context is also different. Playing Man Utd in Semi is a 50/50 with a different spirit. However, the final will get the players' nerves on another level. Even if Milan player are not new player, they have strong nerves but they may make mistakes, mistakes that wouldn't occured in a semi.
If Liverpool begin as outsider with a "nothing to lose" spirit, they may do great, especially coming from an english fighting spirit...

Personally i am a crazy fan of Juventus , so i dont want Milan to win ! Anyway i have to accept that Milan is really a strong team. When they started the first match in 3rd qualifying round against Red Star of Belgrade , nobody believed that Milan would be in the final ! Italian teams play for scores whereas English and Spanish teams make spectacular football and they enjoy it very much ! I hope Liverpool to win but we should face the truth , AC Milan will be so eager to get the revenge !

Well Liverpool have strong defence than Manu's that days defence line so I don't think so that Liverpool have any problems in finals.

I hope Liv'pool will win but I think Milan is a little bit closer. IMO, Kaka will be man of the match and Milan will win. Let's hope to see the reprise of 2005 match

Well done, Milan... they were definitely the best team out of the 4 semi-finalists!

Its another matter, that they shouldn't have been in the champions league anyway.

Season's over and the KING of the season is Mialn no doubt they deserve that as they were playing like the true champions , but sad thing for me is they beat both of my favorite teams in semi n final.

Yup my instincts were right Liverpool played well but didn't have enough fire power up front to win. Not Milan's best game but we'll take the win none the less
