I'v been saving up some cash for a new project and now that I have some money I'm going to be looking for some one to code it for me soon. anyways the script will probably be a lot like deviantart.com but with some changes, like you would also be able to rate images. I would also need a admin control panel in which i would be able to edit user accounts and profiles, edit images and have the option to turn on admin approval for images. I'd also like to be able to add categories and sub-categories. anyways if you can give me a quote or recommend some one that would be awesome. I'm not really sure how much this will cost but I have over 300$ and by the end of the month will have over 400$ and I could go higher if needed.
