Scammer changed his name-Beware

hello there was on scammer named "Levski_Sofia"now baneed,He created new user name named"karaoke"

He scammed me with user name "Levski_sofia" and now again with "karaoke"

Firstly he did not me 30$ and this time 40$

second time when i aksed him for money he sended me his site url on which i worked firstly

Perhaps there is a scammers forum out there and they try to promote their "services" here as a marketing method. Hmmm....
