How to make high PR at all top search engines?

Well you should know that different SE's use different algorithms evaluating a website's relevancy.

this means, that there are many things you have to concider. Which means there are more than three points! But to make it basic.

1. onpage optimization ( clean source code, good content, good inbound linking)
2. Off page optimization ( getting many strong backlinks from relevant sites using the right anchors)
3. Age of the site, which is a very important issue, if you are in a high competitve niche.

 

Are you talking about PR (Page Rank)? Page Rank is only specific to Google.

What do you want to know when you say how to achieve high PR for other search engines?

 

Yes, they are correct PR is only in GOOGLE and it is about quality links which is also differ from SERPs. There are no PR rankings in other SE like Yahoo, MSN and ASk...
Only google uses that PR thing...

I mean for high ranking, which is applicable for all other search engines.

 

Depends on what SEs..

For Yahoo to achieve High Ranking focus your site on OnPage Optimization (keyword density, use h1 tags etc... and build quality links that Yahoo Algo today. they have some factor on links), on GOogle focus on quality backlinks....and on MSN I think they focus more on Meta tags and Onpage Optimization...

 

Buy some links to your site, write good content and update it frequently.

What do you mean by W2C? Bad Html formatting (no closing tags and so on)?
How do you estimate amount of Back Links?

I don't think W3C validation is a major factor. It is a factor, but not a huge one.
