where do you see that google has stopped crawling site since Feb?

if its in the google sitemaps webmaster console, that itself will tell you whether pages from your site are included in the google index or not.

I use the webmaster tools provided by google. this is what they say

Pages from your site are included in Google's index. "Yes"
Googlebot last successfully accessed your home page on Feb 10, 2007.

    ah. no wonder.

We can't currently access your home page because of an unreachable error.

    Yes,

the google webmaster tools is the best place to look for these kind of crawling errors. Had a similiar problem with a client that had a dodgy server that was returning status codes 500 instead of 404 for pages that did not exist. When googlebot went to fecth the robots.txt file it just left because of the 500 return error.

Have your updated your contents already? Try to update or add some contents and Google will crawl your site.... 'coz SE always crawl on new or fresh data.....

    Try using this link

Put this in your site and it will tell when was the last time Google crawls your site.

and you can use these link

to check if your site is banned or not?

    Hope it helps...:D
