My funny favorite hobby is to change images that people hotlink from me. Like today I found out that one site hotlink an image from me AS THEIR MAIN HEADER, can you believe that. He he, that opens up for a lot of fun. Their header is now filled with filthy words. This is an adsense site, should I put porn in my image and make their header a real dirty porn header ? Would maybe be to much to cause a risk of an adsense ban for a hotlink, I am not that evil. What do you think ?
I would have just did something subtle and embarrassing. How do you find out how is using your images? Sorry, too lazy to figure it out myself. It might be fun if you could redirect it to serve up a dynamic page that serves up the image and a bunch of code so you could pop open windows, do a redirect, etc. It's commonly done in email marketing to track opens, reads, etc.
Someone did this to me just the other day. If you're intrested in a really funny read, Check it out. The best part was he claimed it being "OK" to hotlink my images because he "gave me credit" in the footer. His website got replaced with 100 Goatseh pics
I can promise you that what I wrote is very embarassing, no time for art, hehe. I find it out when I see that some site downloads an image a lot. I have no idea if its possible to redirect or open pop-ups. I would love to do that of course. Then it could get real profitable.
Hahaha! You can put "Hacked by *name*" sign or something, so that person will think he/she was hacked.. Bad idea tho.
I did, and a lot of offending stuff to go with that, are you reading my mind ? I also wrote that "your pc is now infected". I will take screenshot and show it here once the webmaster discover it and removes it.
The baddest thing would be to put porn and report it to Google, I really want to, but I just cannot make myself do it.
