All content is 100% unique. Great niche with relatively low competition but high paying clicks. It is one of the site from my large network that i have to sell because i need to pay for something i bought here but since my paypal account balance is in big negative(Sold laptop at ebay and that Romanian guy did a chargeback) So i cannot use my own paypal until that is cleared up. Whatever this site sells for i will need a immediate payment to a paypal of my friend for this reason i will only sell this to members with good itrader and history(no red repped members or members with lot of negative itraders)

Site is only about two weeks old. I placed a link on wikipedia for it and i was getting 200+ visitors per day from it and on average $5/day because i have so many sites i just placed that link on wiki page with no comment or smart way. I just sticked it there and it got removed yesterday but if you are smart enough to place it again on that page.(Use some trick, leave a good comment and make it look like its not spam) and it will stay there making you $5 per day on average guaranteed.

Due to no organic or dependable traffic or revenue i am not counting revenue in the price of site but its still a good deal considering you can start making $s from the first day without any effort.
