"Britain's top health watchdog has called for an inquiry into the use of wireless Internet networks in schools because of concerns they could be exposing children to the risk of cancer. The demand came after it was revealed that classroom "wi-fi" networks give off three times as much radiation as a typical mobile phone mast." thts bad, i wont use it then.. was planning on getting my network here wifi, coz i hate the wires all around.
Hmmm. I dunno. I'm far more likely to stop holding my phone next to my brain than I am to turn off my wifi network. If wifi is dangerous, with the amount of Wi-Fi access point in most major cities, we're all fucd anyway.
I wouldnt worry. I have read so many news flashes saying that a scientist has said that it is, another said it isnt, a private group found it was and another group found it wasnt. Who knows who to believe
it is better that i don't have any wireless stuff at home! i have a mobile that dose not catch signals anyways technology is responcible for cancer, but then it is impossible to stay away from it!
Not that I'm getting sucked into this or anything.... but if we disable wifi on our home routers (via admin settings in software), does this actually stop the signals being emitted from the antenna? I could easily live with my wifi turned off 90% of the time, and just switch it on when I need it.
Maybe all radiation is adding up, mobile phones, wifi, radio, electricity. Mobile phones are scary, what will we see in 30 years ? 90% of the population with cancer ?
Well, cancer increases two fold every yeare. Do you think, due to the massive amounts of technology, that this has some responsibility?
