What would be the best way/software to use to cut a video? Not in terms of time but in terms of size. I basically need to cut out one side of the video. I use Ulead VideoStudio 10 and it seems like i can only skew and re-size a video.... Ta!

Hmmm, it does not seem like it can do it. What i meant was cutting the bottom 100 pixels from every frame for example. I have found the feature i was looking for on the software I'm already using. I can just go around it by masking stuff i don't need. Thanks anyway!

Would this be Premier Elements Software? The one for under $100?

Up for VirtualDub. You can't go wrong with that.

I use PowerDirector. It's pretty good, takes some getting used to and you can only download a trial, of course, but it does all I need it to. Have a google :D
