    Wanted: Site with recent revenue

I'm looking to buy an established site, with proven and consistent traffic and revenue. I would like to be able to see revenue earned from last 3-4 months. Also I would like proof that the money can be recived from site (google or YPN will payout.)

Depending on site, budget may be flexible.

    No proxies please.
    No blogs please.

All Sites are Java Related with Content Unique

The sites focus on Learning Core Java Concepts, JDBC Concepts, Java Swing Tutorials, and A Java Interview Questions

    Google Adsense Revenue:

    [March 2007]: $186.79
    [April 2007]: $205
    [MAY 2007 upto 18th] = $127.37

    Price: $5500

    Google PR: 4

    1. http://www.beginner-java-tutorial.com [Core Java + Swing] Listed in DMOZ
    2. http://www.jdbc-tutorial.com [JDBC Tutorial]
    3. http://www.interview-questions-java.com [Java Interview Questions]

So for the above sites together, I am looking for $5500 alltogether

Over 40,000 uniques a month alltogether and increasing steadiliy

Ranked 1 in all the search engines for most of the Keywords.

Hmm, to be realistic for both you and I i'll assume that even splitting those sites up they would still be over my budget.
