All you need to do is be in the PR forum for about 5 minutes to learn that Islam is the Fastest Growing Religion(tm).

 

Actually, islam is losing more than it's gaining. People apparently are starting to "wake up" (as AGS likes to say). Every day, 16,000 muslims convert to Christianity. Those who think islam is growing fast now, just wait when they start 'converting' by force more of Europe and then the U.S. Mexico doesn't have anything to worry about at this time, because the money and recourses are not there. No oil to go after, etc...

 

Ignoring someone, as I have said to AGS about him ignoring Toopac, is intellectual dishonesty and cowardice.

 

Nah, he was getting too many infractions for his misogynist posts. Now he just refers to women as slags. These are symptoms of an inferiority complex with women. My guess is, he never really understood how to treat women with respect and was subject to much ridicule and rejection from them, leading to his oft negative references of them.

 

No one is under any obligation to respond to anyone. Putting people on ignore is a way of tuning out people who you have no interest in ever responding to. It cuts out the clutter so you can more easily see posts by people you may want to respond to.

Only if someone else quotes an ignored person do I think that maybe they've said something worth looking at for a change. If no one else is responding to them then there's no reason for me to think they've said anything of value.

Only a handful of people have been so consistantly absurd that they've earned a spot on my list.

It would only be intellectually dishost if you "ignored" everyone who you disagreed with.

 

converting to another religion isn't really what I would call waking up. Using your logic you will realise there is no "true religion" or "correct religion" and become an atheist. That's waking up!

Oh, and your math about the islam is not correct:
365 x 16,000= 5,840,000
1.8% out of 1.3 billion is 23,400,000

 

I wouldn't call living in denial waking up.

 

Kalvin is dead on why I ignore AGS, only 2 others are currently on ignore and if they mature enough and actually type something worth reading and not just spewing hatred, then I would take them off of ignore.
