Not really sure but what about duplicate content issue?

Why don't you re-direct one to the other.

    Thanks

The reason is whenever changes we r making for www.xxx.com , it should effect for www.xxx.co.in. We will not redirect because the both sites should be visible!!!!!!

In general, the search engines frown upon mirror sites and do not hesitate to assess duplicate content penalties when they feel they are warranted.

The problem isn't with PR, it's with which pages are getting indexed. In your case there is a case for having both sites - as one would be aimed at the Indian market, the other at the international (US) market. Still I would personally make sure they are two different sites. Use the Indian one to market specifically to Indian people, for instance by giving it a more local 'feel' or even by splitting up in the main languages there.

If you don't do that, at least redirect your users based on where they are from - so that Indians will only see the .co.in site and the rest of the world sees the .com site.

its better to redirect one domain 2 other, running same site on 2 different ftp is just insane, so u do uploading 2 times for same content

Dont care about the PR. Redirect 301. Why do you want two identical sites anyway ?

The best way to do is to park your 1 domain to another - in that way you still have the different domain names appear in the address bar for that respective domains.

check in google how many pages you have as supplemental results. This will give you idea that you should not waste your time in having 2 sites. Also duplicate content filter will come into effect, for sure as content is same...

There isn't a real problem in having two domains with the same content, but be sure that only one of them will rank, you'll never get the two domains rankings for the same keyword. So, probably it's more practical focusing on building the popularity of just one of the two domains.

i think google will filter them bacause of the dublicate content. i think you must use 301 redirect for one one of them
