I have to FAX Proof Address (utility bill)

    I have to fax this to get my account unlimited again.

    Its limited now for security purposes but the problem is that i am not able to understand what this is actually.

    I checked for help and I found this : -

    What qualifies as an acceptable proof of address?
    Utility Bill
    Please ensure that you received the document by mail; we cannot accept copies of online billing statements. In addition, mobile phone bills cannot be accepted. Unless specified otherwise, the name and address on your document must correspond with the information registered on your PayPal account.


    please help me, got to do this today, my train is tomorrow :(

    What document are they talking about that has been mailed? please help!

    I got this.

    But the problem is that all utility bills are on my mom's name and not mine own.
    I am just 18, I cant expect bills on my name when my parents here. So should I send them in comments as this is the bill copy i m sending on my mom's name?
    And further aiding, my driving license copy?


    my account limited means i cant send money or withdraw any money.

    Yes. You have to send them utility bill (in your name) and after that they reveiw it and then only they lift limited access from your account.

    You can get fake utility bills, ID etc in the UK, including passports etc. easily, contact . Worked for me..

    What the hell!
    Why did you bump this ages old thread.

    I just contacted them and said that they made a mistake about 3rd party login to my account, I only logged in from other computers and they fixed it.
