Few days ago, I was in need of E-gold. After I got a huge amount of e-gold from my friends, I then traded my e-gold to paypal.

    I traded w/ a member in yahoo : crazyfai1986

Our agreement is he sends me 200 USD paypal, then I will send back 180 USD E-gold. After I received his 200 USD paypal ... few minutes more (20 minutes), the fund he sent was on hold. Here is the picture:

What to say w/ paypal, so I will win this dispute. Any suggestion?

I met a person w/ yahoo id spider_man1103, I dont know why he got my id, then he told me to chat w/ crazyfai1986 (respected member in talkgold as he said) or virat_shah_007 to buy paypal, they offer a high rate. But denied virat_shah_007 cuz I knew he's scammer.

Well, I sent you a PM asked for your paypal before I trade w/ him, and you did not accept to trade w/ me, then I had no choice at that time. Since this member has no negative feedback : http://forums.digitalpoint.com/itrader.php?u=64208 and he has verified paypal account so I did not doubt him.

You registered in DP on May 13th 2007! How will I trust you?

If you have done a good research in B/S/T section, this may not have happened. The person (spider_man1103) who referred "crazyfai1986" was already banned. I read somewhere that he (spider_man1103) scammed 2 other people.

Anyway, don't let PayPal people know that you exchanged PayPal - Egold, as this is against PayPal TOS and they may ban your account. Tell some other reason, that you sold some digital product and the product was delivered digital.

Thats unauthorized transaction. Check the screenie carefully. Its written there.

PayPal investigates the unauthorized transactions very carefuly(even more than a dispute)

It isnt his account, thats for sure!

hi, once i faced similar case.
i simply said paypal that the user has used a "hacked credit card " / " hacked paypal " to purchase and that my part of the transaction is complete " .
i dint care of win/loss so much coz it was only about $5 transaction ...
but yea, any better solution is welcome... :D

I don't you can win your money back. Unless the sender of the money will contact paypal and explain that this is not an exchange. Try to use different reason such as selling products. Goodluck

Hire a sniper and pull the buyer down by tracing his IP...joke

OK. All you can do is report the IP to the ISP. If you have an email from him, you'll have his IP as well.

I made several exchanges with khitomi80 as we chatted over MSN, now most of the $700 I traded to khitomi80 have been frozen in my PayPal Account. The several different accounts where his friends he told me... I guess I was too trusting.

I sent $700 to serveral different MoneyBookers (AUD account) accounts in return.

How do I contact the admins to make sure he dosnt do it again?
