Virtual fitness trainers are getting more popular these days as they are cheaper compared to the real fitness trainers. Getting your hips and thighs strong, firm and toned is beneficial to long – term health and fitness. A sexy hip and thigh can also help you feel attractive, happier and more confident. Can virtual trainers help you achieve this? You may share your valuable opinion on the above mentioned thought.
If you need motivation a real trainer would be better.. I can't imagine how a virtual one will get you off your feet when you don't feel like training
IMO a workout partner is more important than a trainer. In my area, an hour of training can cost you up to 60 dollars. Can you afford it?
Gym buddies are a good idea because you'll probably be more motivated (and have much more fun) with friends than a trainer! Good idea, missed that one
am a fitnes expert myself, i used to go to gym regularly! but then these days i don't get time to workout! pretty busy with seo stuffs!
Fitness trainers tend to have a union-like state. I mean, half of the trainers in my gym despise me because my prices range from $20-$30 a session, as opposed to their average $50-$100 an hour. Than again, I'm 17, and don't need much money yet. But during this season, beach season, it's terrific "fishing". Everyone wants to look good for beach season =)
Does anyone have examples of Virtual Trainers? I'd like to start a few sites like that, since I've got the knowledge for this.
there are a lot of "virtual" trainers - some sites provides pod casts that are supposed to walk you through a workout, some provide guidelines to follow each day, while some offer combination packages. Mens Health will have some stuff. Personally I believe it comes down to what your goals are and what will it take you to reach them. if you have a goal of losing 30 lbs and being able to run 10 miles and have never really worked out you probably need a trainer to work with. You want to get back into shape after a sometime off and you know your way around a gym you just need to motivate yourself. Gym buddies can be good, but I see all to often gym buddies take 3 times longer to workout than I do because they talk too much between sets. I can knock out 3 sets of 5 exercises while they are still on their first with 10 minutes rest periods.
