What's the deal with dot Asia?

    Seems like there hasn't been any discussion regarding the newly approved TLD '.asia' lately. Anyone know anything?

    I don't think we'll hear much until it's open for registration. I think it's just another registry trying to make some $$$.
    The extension doesn't make much sense because "Asia" is so broad.

    You can make a reservation so far and it is not disclosed how much it will cost or any other terms. I have booked few long time ago but still nothing happened yet. Europeregistry is a place where you can book them.

    You have to have an address in Ocenia, so Australians can aswell :).
