Need cirique of my website

I'm working to start a web design career and I've just designed my website. I'd like to get your expert opinion on it.

• keep the menus centered
• make the fonts inside the text size smaller and look proper
• also try integrating the white part with the background if possible that will make the site look more better.

 

It's to red. I think you need to change yor red to less agressive.

 

the top banner is really ell designed from an artist point of view. But I still think that for a site this is not one of the best ways to go. The colors are shouting to much if you know what I mean.

 

I like the design on top, but those female silhouettes do not seem professional at all. Try adding silhouettes of business people, etc.

 

the design on the top looks ok for me,but I found the navigation within the site extremely difficult.If you can please improve it

 

Way to much red indeed, It looks to much like a template design. Other than that looks like you got some cool products and services to offer.

It looks good but take the outside red off. It almost blinded me on a 22" with all that bright red.
