I'm just new to paypal.The ask for fox doucment to verify my account.Is that happen Before? I'm Sri Lankan
yeah just send the fax, they did ask me once, and i sent thm also talked them over phone. its for security purpose
I am from India,In my case, i got verifed by using a credit card on my name. Also a special secret code ( like a password ) was posted on my mailing address. I then fed this code on paypal website and thats how I was 100% verified.
Well this is verifaction code and all verifierd people have to sumbit it. srinet@ Did you get any message like thrid party access or something?
Btw, Sri lanka was not allowed in paypal Maybe next update they added them but still in "Send only" right ? Rajat
If Srilanka is not allowed country than Srinet have to submit doucments because of his account from Srilanka.
A while ago (before the recent update) Sri lanka was not allowed in paypal ... but maybe in this update they are allowed but i think in send only ... Can anyone confirm this ? Rajat
The problem is that his account might be phished and accessed by others.This happen to me once ! oh I think he can better try Money Bookers ?

Hay, I have fax my billing proof.Paypal ask for utility bill. Than my account is active but only for send money via CC. Thanks all my d p friends
Paypal Limites accounts sometimes and wants you to FAX utility Bill and Driving License. Happened to me once
They dont do that without any reason. Any suspicious activity = possibility of fraud = Limited Account Access
srinet, u can pay / buy products , service via paypal.. but srilankans can't accept/ withdraw money from paypal..
