    Because I have to concentrate more to my startup offline business, I am planning to sell an established (almost) 4 years niche product website business for a real discounted price. The target market is service professionals.

    For the last six months, I didn't promote it seriously enough but it still earns (on average) $371 per month, so you might be earning at least three times of that amount if you promote this website properly.

    I wish to keep the URL private, so I will be only give the complete information to those that request it via PM.

    As I wrote earlier, the website earns $371/month on average for the last six months without any major promotion. If you're willing to provide more efforts to market this website, it is not possible to earn $1000/month or more.

    That means, you could regain your investment back in less than two months, and all sales you earn from the website starting on the third month would be pure profits :)
