I am not suggesting anything whatsoever about his supporters GTech. Where did you see me write anything about that? By the way, do you know what a conspiracy is? It is when two or more people plan something (good or bad) So you dont think that '911' was planned by 2 or more people?
So you are choosing to ignore it then? Should I be surprised? Redefining a conspiracy? "I am not a conspiracy nut, but I like what Paul says." Careful
What someones supporters think should not have an impact on what you think about a candidate. Unless you are obsessed about your image and what other people think about you, hmm...
GTech, You just cannot be logical can you? So you assume that all who support Ron Paul (even though I havent went that far yet) are the same? Are all who support Bush also the same? Stop trying to put people into a box. There are many different types - you seem to be the judgemental type who is ready to judge me when you know nothing about me. All I am saying is how about talking about Ron Paul himself and what you think of his stands on the issues instead of going on about your imaginings about those who support him and how they are all the same.
If you are going to once again claim Ron Paul is a "conspiracy nut" at least show the evidence to back your claim up this time. It gets old watching you make the same silly claim with no basis.
Did I say that? You clearly noted you didn't support a conspiracy, then quickly forgot that and went into redefining what a conspiracy is. Are all who support Bush the same? Ask some of the posters here who often refer to those they disagree with as "Bush supporters." Are they all the same? What a LARGE group of people represent, says something about what their candidate supports. This is true in any politics. How you cannot grasp that is beyond me. What is it you are defending, again?
I did that yesterday. Shortly after I did, all the conspiracy nut posters drifted away and let the post die. Isn't it "time to resore the republic?"
You nailed it. GTech, and others, are obsessed with conspiracy theorists. In their mind, if a group of conspiracy theorists support a candidate it automatically disqualifies said candidate's opinions, no matter how valid they are, and said candidate is branded as a fringe choice, period. It doesn't matter if reasonable human beings support RP, as long as the conspiracy theorists support him, he's dead in the water. For them there is no reasoning, there is no dialogue. They've already decided on their view, however narrow it is, and I doubt they'll ever change it. This simply isn't true. The thread is here for anyone to read. In that thread you reached for anything that could support your claims, failing to convince anyone other than yourself.
I did not say that I did not support any conspiracy - What I wrote is clear and anyone can read it - what I said was that I am not a conspiracy nut. WHy do you feel the need to twist my words? I dont care what any one person or group of people says about Bush - all Bush supporters are NOT the same. Im not defending anything except for logic and you dont seem to understand what that means. The word conspiracy does have a definition and I did not create it. Conspiracy - an agreement among conspirators : plot Whoever perpetrated '911' did plan and agree and it was a conspiracy - But guess what that has nothing whatsoever to do with this issue.
Whoever? You mean Osama and his 19 hijackers right? or are you truly of the mindset that it was the U.S. Govt? Say it, don't try to allude to being an independant, unbiased "resource" if you've an agenda.
I never said a word about the US government did I? This whole thing is getting to be ridiculous. It is like I am communicating with children here. I said "Whoever perpetrated '911'.." and you go on to insinuate that I am speaking of the US gov.??? Agenda? I have no agenda here. I dont know that much about Ron Paul yet and have said Im not even sure if I support him or not - all I said was that I like what he says. Why dont you people just talk about what it is you like or dislike about the candidate himself and his issues instead of trying to attack me or twist my words into something I never said?
I don't have to twist your words, all I have to do is copy/paste them. No explanation? Only questions? Good for you. You have expressed your own personal opinion. Actually, you are defending everything except logic. We can agree on this. If logic is all you are defending, why the need to define "conspiracy" twice? Something to think about... Whoever? You keep slipping up. A group, called al qaida and consisting of 19 islamic hijackers perpetrated 9/11. But, as you said, you don't believe in that conspiracy. Might want to review your posts before replying. http://www.prisonplanet.com/articles/january2007/150107gulfoftonkin.htm Doh! Not a conspiracy!
Do't be pedantic with me. I am asking you a question: the major conspiracy is that the US Govt "did it", you allude to a conspiracy (and by conspiracy, you know damned well what everyone else on this forum (save for you and your slow to pick shit up self) understands it to mean. So stop being cute and answer the question, if you can.
Because they can't. Their arguments don't fly as well when they have to talk about the real issues. Ignorant, or willfully ignorant, I don't know, but either way they have no problem marginalizing a candidate that speaks absolute truth. What makes you think they're even capable of having a discussion where sources are exchanged and opinions are valued? It's sad, really, it is.
"twisting words" is a popular victim phrase. Here are some other victim strategies: DR. SANITY'S PRACTICAL GUIDE TO VICTIMHOOD
Looks like they are going to pretend it's not there. Pretend the Iran conspiracy isn't there. "Nope, lalalalalla we didn't read it!"
I did not allude to a conspiracy. Do you even know what the word allude means? I came right straight out and said it was a conspiracy! According to the dictionary (Webster's, which I did not writer by the way) a conspiracy is when a group of people plan an illegal act. So yes it was a conspiracy! By who? I do not know and did not allude to who it was.
