    How is the website updated? How much hours do we need for it everyday? Where is the traffic comming from? Do we need to spend more $$ on it?

    You do not need to put any time/money into this site (unless you want to improve it) 100% of the traffic comes from the links in the refers. You do not need to spend any money on it.

    Can you please tell me what is alluc.org? and how you are getting so much traffic from them?

    Those stats are very hard to understand the referrers. Maybe some awstats if possible?

    You only asked once, and I did not see it, I am sorry. I do not update the site, the site hasn't been updated since April 16. But, if you wanted to improve the site, you would just have to post new videos, and then follow the steps I tell you to get traffic to those videos. (takes about 5 mins) Then the traffic just POURS in.
