This sounds interesting, I have a site that does $200.00+ every month with Adsense and has done so for 12+ months, about 1,000 - 1,500 uniques a day.

Aslo I have been doing well with CJ sales, but am not familiar how to do what SundayBrew suggest, can you give us a detailed walk through in CJ?

CJ is paying you per click?

All my CJ payouts are sales.

Looking forward to seeing the examples :)

Congrats, but from what i understand google penalizes sites running affiliate ads by giving them a lower ranking in the SERP's. Do let us know if you get hit by this filter or not.

    Congrats!

However the real question here is what's your niche.
Because I'm sure results will vary from niche to niche ;)

    Good job nonetheless ;)

It all depends on the niche, and on the size of the site.
A site with little traffic, that makes 2-3 Adsense clicks a day will not make much money from cj, because with 3 daily click, even with a high conversion rate, weeks might pass before the first sale.

However, in the right niche, each click can make $0.50-1, which give you up to 3$ a day for little traffic.

Quite inspiring :) I'm getting out of the PPC game for good so it makes me want to keep a couple of niche sites to test this out on! A supplement blog of mine gets about 600 uniques, with adsense ads all over it, and a few cj links on product pages but me thinks i'll try replacing the adsense ads :D

finally, you figured out the secret to ACTUALLY making money in the internet....(affiliate sales). Adsense sucks.

Why not throw adsense and CJ on all at once? Sure, CJ most definitely earns more than Adsense, but think about it this way...If you run both on the site, you're bound to make even more money. So, why not throw them both up for a week and see if, together, you can make even more money?

I have used that strategy and you are bound to make money with both working together on your site. As long as you bring quality targeted traffic to your site, you'll always see your earnings grow with either cj or Adsense on a daily basis. Just insure your ads are related to the content on your site.

Excellent info - I have been inspired to give CJ a try, I am a pub already just haven't done anything with it.

Looking forward to the demo site --
Can you give us your site's URL? Thanks --

Amazing, I already stick with cj for a year and still can get less than $200 a month, so maybe you could share with us what exactly you've done in detail(?)

Be very careful. Don't lose your sight on the long term goals.

Switching to 100% CPA will be awesome at first, but what about longevity? Depending on the site, your conversions may drop to 0 if you have 80% repeat visitors (say, a forum).

That's interesting. I've never had much luck with affiliate ads ($0 actually!) but I think I should try harder with more targeted products.
