    I would suggest that you make the green areas a little narrower and increase your text/font size, especially on the smaller words.

    make font slightly bigger, but not too much, maybe make theblue/green squares a little bigger as well

    Yeah a bit, Mainly I think the font isnt very readable for the smaller text.

    Just an opinion, things like this are in the "eye of the beholder".

    Definitely the font a bit bigger to have a better impact and read well. Other than that, very nice and clean banner!

    I like those images on the side, but they might be abit too symetrical for me. Maybe only have it on one side. Or make one side a slight variation, or smaller.
    I'd play around with it alittle.

    Great work on the banner, as others have said increase the font size, and change the outer green images so that there is more white space. Are you available to create banners?

    Oh!, to me this banner is perfect.I am impressed.The size of the green portion is of the right size.No need to alter the size or make it narrow.The present size is perfect.Infact, if you reduce the size of the green portion, it will lose its impact.Over all the banner looks great!!!!.
