what is false traffic

i read alot of time that adsense ban people due to false traffic? how few program generate false traffic?

I believe false/fake traffic refers to webpages served in applications and not web-browsers. For example lets say you build a Visual C++ app and make it also display a portion of your website containing the adsense code. I think thats false trafic.

This is a traffic exchange program. They are not sending the real visitors, they are sending hits/impression.

ye there are allots of sites claiming that they will give you allot of traffic but google does not recomend them and also many softwares came which give you traffic......try not to follow them!
