How to withdraw money without much Fee from Paypal in India

I've got some amount in Paypal. Its a premium verified account. But they are charging $5 to send the cheque.
What kind of a cheque is it?. Which Currency?. Is there a cheaper way to transfer money to your indian(ICICI) bank account?

 

The check is in INR.

You pay $5 flat fee + 2.5% currency conversion fee + Around 50-200 INR fee charged by bank.

Try Xoom. Cheaper than PayPal checks

I would also suggest Xoom, as its reliable and fast !!
Cheques can take more then 2 weeks to arrive, but Xoom can get your money directly to your bank account (bank should have electronic transfer) within 4-5 days. (I got it in 2 days !!)

I have got some Paypal checks. The check comes in Rupees and bank charges about Rs. 50 on it and it also get clears very fast.

once you call the check, paypal takes $5, arround 200 INR!
then, you cash the check, the check is citibank check, the bank takes about 100INR for 6k INR checks! this rate of clearence deponds on banks and ammount also! i have used sbi for the clearence!
