As for phpLD:
1. There is already a free mod for deep links available
2. we are working on functionality that will make this sort of thing even easier to do in the future

phpLD has had 9 releases since February 2006 and every single one of them brought new functionality (mods if you will) to users, so please don't make it seem like we don't listen to people. Sure, there will be requests we will not always to right after someone asked for it. Or there may be a reason why we don't do something. But we definitely have continued to develop the script aggresively.

 

Damn can u like read minds or something ? how did u know that i am a clone made only to commit mistakes and nothing else ? And ofcourse ur above my level ur human i am only a clone . Wish i was not like that.


@david like i said its not a thread about phpld or phplynx i am talking about the brains behind the scripts and how they react to new ideas or thoughts sometimes. U added lots of features right , but its still missing what i requested once, and who knows there might be still some other things that others requested also, as i do not have time to digg the old skeletons up. But no one is perfect, neither am i , but one must be able to listen to others and take criticism sensibly (did i spell this word right?) .

We may do that. We've been talking about a good system. It is defitely something that involves a lot of work, but is possible, and I hope we'll find a good plan for implementation soon.

 

David i think for anything new , or creating phpld will need to be written from scratch i think.

No, that's not true. We have a plan for how we'll do it, but some very careful planning is needed. We have a couple of items that we need to complete first, and then this maybe something we will tackle in the Summer or Fall hopefully.

 

I care for one, and I have no affiliation to phpLynx, but working on it. Kev from phpLynx has always been made to look the bad guy but look at how he tried to help Bunny and did appear to listen, I bet it was the same with David.

paidhosting made himself look a bit spiteful by saying otherwise and good for Watchout for backing Kev not sucking up.

@David.... You don't have to justify yourself matey, paidhosting is proof of how hard it is to run a script, you guys deserve a frickin medal.

Back at you paidhosting, you suck, you want everything and when you cant get it in one go you get pissed at the world. David, Kev and the rest of the script owners should simply tell you to write your own code you loser.

 

Actually, though me and paidhosting have had disagreements, we get along reasonably well. He is just the kind of person that doesn't mind saying something against someone. He likes to stir things up. I don't always agree with the way he does this, but we still talk.

 

LOL yup i suck how did u know that i like sucking carrots a lot ? Instead of chewing them i usually suck them dry first . And yes since i am bunny(well watchout said i am paidhosting aka a bunny) i do not know how to use washroom so i go piss in the open (and hence i piss at the world i suppose ) . Actually everyone says to write a code on my own , but since i am a looser and try to learn new stuff daily, work 2 jobs, trying to finish up my degree, coding templates for folks and hence for my pocket, i find no time to code new script for myself, once i have more time at hand and am all wealthy i will just hire some big fat microsoft geek to write me nice sexy scripts and will sell them and buy tons and tons of carrots for myself.

Good for you David you have patience if nothing else. I dont know paidhosting but to use someone's thread I read he really seems to have a hard on for Kev. If he doesn't like something then go and do something else is my advice. He got it right in his last thread he certainly appears to be a loser.
