Are you aware of a cheaper offer on a PR8/PS9 page? If so, I'm interested. :D

Just what I thought the scammer would do.;)

The infraction is for harassing another member. Obvious this is their rules and I suggest that you respect their rules, rather its right or wrong. I would happily take an infraction and tell ppl I been scam . In the long run it only cost you 2 infraction, so deal with it and move on.

I would have never paid $1500 up front. That was a dumb move. I would have first checked his itrader and rep, and then I would have paid him in monthly installments.

Come on, this is ABC, 123............you are fortunate that you got a refund. A lot of people would take the money and run. I hope you have learned from this mistake.

Please research before insulting me. He had excellent iTrader! Plus, I had already done a smaller transaction with him successfully.

I never "harassed" him. In fact, I didn't even address him directly in the thread. I was even kind enough to MASK HIS USERNAME so that it wouldn't be searchable!

Basically, what DP is saying is that anyone is free to use DP's resources to commit fraudulent acts. DP can't control that, right? On the other hand, posting scam warnings and victims' stories--now THAT'S worthy of DP's wrath.

    What a joke.

If it's been since April and you haven't gotten your link or refund, I would deffinately open a PayPal dispute or initaiate a charge back on your creditcard.

That's the only way you will most likely get your money back.

As far as interest or compensation goes, that's not going to happen. He's already clicked the ignore button on you.

Btw, I am sorry you got ripped off. ;)

    Hope you get something back....

That definitely sucks... espeically for how much you were willing to pay for a PR8 link for a year... geeze!

On the other hand, at least you did something... hopefully it won't happen again, but you may never know, there's always crooks hiding around waiting to take your $$$ and run off with it.
