My CC to verify my sister Pyapal ?

I want to know can i use my CC (not used with paypal earlier) to verify my sister account who is is US ?

Also can my friend use my other CC to verify his own account ?

Your sister can verify her paypal if she has her last name same as you. I guess she has.

But your friend can't verify his paypal with your Credit card unless he has same last name as yours. And I doubt he will have or if he creates a new account with last name same as you (But this can get his account in trouble if something goes wrong).

Yes, you can unless the surname is same.

Also, she may need the credit card statement in case her account gets limited.

So, better ask her to get own Credit Card.
