The highlighted search box does match the one shown in the revised design. Compare these 2 templates (actually it's the same one):

By the radiation do you mean only the title text, or the highlighted search box and top bar button effect, too? I can change that if you still accept tweaks, but I must go to school now. I shall be back online in 7-8 hours.
