By the way :) where idea's like this originate.

This question is similar to something like this: Tell me humans are good or bad?

Mother earth have place for all, Good, Bad and evil, just a matter of co- existence. :)

Well, actually I consider it unethical even when I've worked for two years in it (yes, I revel in its cunning and treachery:))

So no, I don't think that question is silly.

And yes, humans are obviously very, very bad.

SEO as SEO is not unethical. It's a marketing effort.

Do some individuals take less than ethical actions in doing SEO? Of course some do.

:D And crawlers are better, at least they identify the difference between the good and bad ;)

The Mantra is "Do no evil" :D

That's right - competing for the better things in life is simply unethical. You should keep your head down, do your dreary work, and content yourself with your meagre existence.

SEO is ethical when done right...obviously, however, there are many people out there that practice "bad" seo like keyword stuffing, doorway pages, etc.
