    Well how many spare body parts do you have. Also I believe that people who intend to donate their body parts only after their death or under emergency circumstance. Is it legal to sell body parts?

    worldwide would be a logistics problem. once the goods have been "collected" they have to be in the bank within a certain time...at least as would be my understanding :rolleyes:
