My computer is doing crazy

I know its the problem of virus or worms.
But I am not getting the exact way to remove it. The problem it my computer automatically sends some link to all of the contacts in my msn messenger and yahoo messenger.

I would appriciated if anyone knows the exact way to solve this problem.My brother have installed yworm yesterday accidently. I thinks thats the cause of whole problem.

I installed the exact same worm about a month ago. I tried every goddamn thing to get rid of it. It's not extremely dangerous, and I was able to root out everything but the main virus, which led me to buying a new hard drive, and losing a lot of stuff =(

Try using Spybot - Search & Destroy. It gets rid of viruses also.

I haven't had this specific problem, but I once had a similar problem when i installed the StumbleUpon Toolbar and tried to forward a page to a friend. It started sending the message multiple times but failed, which also caused problems with the antivirus and gave lots of error messages also.

worms are getting a hell lot of attention these days than viruses. And if your yahoo messenger gets infected it's really hard to eradicate it. A friend of mine has been infected with the luvbin.com something worm and up until now we are still trying to remove it

 

Well scan it otherwise format your computer and don't use any toolbar because sometimes it also creat porblems.

I would try searching for the specific problem - might lead you to a more concise solution of poeple that had the same thing happen to them.

You might consider try AVG Anti-Virus Free, AVG Anti-Spyware Free and AVG Anti-Rootkit Free. http://free.grisoft.com/doc/1. Anyway, the best option will be format your pc.
